Built on a simple idea: IT should help, not hurt.

In 2013, the founders of Decoding IT noticed something consistent across the businesses they encountered — companies weren't getting genuine IT support. They were getting sales pitches.

"We noticed that companies were struggling to find good IT support and genuine consultancy. People wanted to be helped rather than being sold to. We wanted to make a difference in the way people perceive IT services."

By 2014, Decoding IT Solutions LLC was officially registered in Oman. Starting with a team of four — including the founders — the company grew steadily, guided by one principle: earn trust, don't buy it.

More than a decade later, we've served 200+ companies across Oman, UAE, and India — from startups to government agencies to large enterprises. The approach hasn't changed.

Official Launch
