Fixed-fee annual maintenance for your servers, network, desktops and office hardware — scoped around Sharjah's free zones and industrial units, quoted after we count your devices rather than before.
Get an AMC Quote IT Services in the UAEWhat an IT AMC covers, and what it does not
An AMC turns unpredictable repair bills into one annual figure. Instead of calling someone when a server stops and negotiating a price while your business waits, the maintenance, the preventive visits and the response times are agreed in advance.
What it does not do is cover spare parts. We keep parts out of the annual fee deliberately — a contract that bundles them either costs more than it should or quietly excludes the expensive failures. Parts are billed at cost, or claimed through the manufacturer where the hardware still qualifies.
It also does not mean an engineer is sitting in Sharjah waiting for your call. We are registered here, in SPC Free Zone, Al Zahia, and onsite work is scheduled with an engineer assigned to the visit. That is a real difference from a provider with a permanently staffed local office, and we would rather you knew it before signing than after.
Everything under one AMC
Servers & Storage
Firmware and patching, RAID and disk health, backup verification, and thermal checks — the last of which matters more in a Sharjah industrial unit than in a chilled Dubai office floor.
Network & Firewalls
Switches, routers, access points and firewalls: configuration backups, firmware currency, port and uplink health, and licence expiry tracking before it lapses.
Desktops & Laptops
Operating system and application patching, disk and battery health, malware remediation, and replacement builds so a failed machine is a morning's disruption rather than a week's.
UPS & Power
Battery load testing and replacement scheduling. In an unconditioned industrial room a UPS ages faster than its rating suggests, and it fails silently until the day it is needed.
Printers & Peripherals
Office and warehouse printing, label and barcode units, scanners and biometric readers — including the ones bolted to a wall in a shed that nobody has cleaned since installation.
Cabling & Racks
Rack tidying and labelling, patch panel documentation, and dust management. Half the faults we find on a first AMC visit are physical, not configuration.
Sharjah free zones and industrial areas we cover
Each free zone runs its own access and fit-out procedure. Knowing which one you are in changes how a job is scheduled, not just what it costs.
SPC Free Zone & Al Zahia
Where our own UAE registration sits. Predominantly offices and service businesses, so the AMC shape is closer to a standard office contract — servers or cloud, endpoints, and a firewall.
SAIF Zone
Mixed warehousing and light manufacturing next to the airport. Site access needs a gate pass arranged in advance, which is why we schedule AMC visits rather than promising to appear within the hour.
Hamriyah Free Zone
Heavy industry, steel and oilfield services. Racks live in plant rooms, not comms rooms. Preventive visits here are about heat, dust and physical protection as much as software.
SRTIP
Research and technology tenants with a higher ratio of cloud to on-premise. Usually a lighter hardware AMC alongside Microsoft 365 and endpoint security work.
Industrial Areas 1–18
The older industrial belt off Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road and Al Wahda Street. Frequently ageing cabling, mixed-vintage switches and no documentation — the first AMC visit is largely discovery.
Ajman to Fujairah
Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah run on the same contract terms. Fujairah is across the Hajar mountains, so visit scheduling there is planned in blocks rather than singly.
Our AMC plans
Essential AMC
Remote support during business hours, two scheduled onsite visits, and OEM warranty coordination. Suited to a single office or a small unit where downtime is inconvenient rather than costly.
Business AMC
Quarterly onsite maintenance, monitoring on servers and network devices so faults surface before they are reported, and priority scheduling for unplanned visits. The usual fit for an office plus a warehouse.
Enterprise AMC
Monthly visits, full monitoring, documented change control and a named account manager. For multi-site operations or production environments where a stopped line has a per-hour cost.
What we usually find on a first AMC visit
A switch in a store room at 40°C
Network gear installed wherever there was a spare wall, with no ventilation. It works until August, then it does not, and the fault looks like a cabling problem for the first two days.
Backups that have not run since a restart
Almost always a scheduled job that stopped quietly after a power event or an expired password. Nobody notices until the restore is needed, which is the worst possible moment to find out.
A firewall with an expired subscription
The hardware still passes traffic, so nothing appears broken. The threat feeds, filtering and support entitlement stopped months ago, and the licence renewal has quietly become a purchase.
Production and office on one flat network
Common in industrial units that grew a bit at a time. A machine controller and an accounts laptop on the same broadcast domain is both a reliability problem and a security one.
No inventory, so no idea what is at risk
Nobody can say how many servers, switches or licences there are, or when warranties end. An AMC starts with the count, because you cannot maintain what nobody has written down.
One person who knows everything
Usually undocumented and usually on leave when it matters. Part of an AMC's value is that the knowledge is written down somewhere other than in one person's head.
Why Sharjah businesses work with us
Years in the Gulf
Thirteen years running IT estates in the region, with our own engineering team in Oman and India. The estates we maintain in Sharjah are not our first exposure to how hardware ages in this climate.
Contract, every device
Servers, network, endpoints, power and printing on one agreement with one owner. No arguing about whether a fault belongs to the network vendor or the hardware supplier, because both are us.
Response times we cannot meet
We do not advertise a one-hour onsite response in an emirate where we have no stationed engineer. Remote support is immediate in business hours; onsite is scheduled and committed to in writing.
IT AMC questions, answered
What is an IT AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract)?
An IT AMC is a yearly contract covering the preventive maintenance and repair of your IT hardware — servers, desktops, network equipment, printers and UPS systems — for a fixed annual fee, with agreed response times, instead of paying for each repair as it happens.
Do you have engineers based in Sharjah?
We are registered in SPC Free Zone, Al Zahia, Sharjah, and we do not keep a permanently stationed engineer in the emirate. Onsite work is scheduled and an engineer is assigned to the visit. We say so plainly because an AMC that promises a one-hour onsite response it cannot meet is worth less than one with honest, planned visits. Remote support is immediate during business hours.
Which areas of Sharjah do you cover?
SPC Free Zone and Al Zahia, SAIF Zone, Hamriyah Free Zone, SRTIP, and the Industrial Areas along Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road and Al Wahda Street. We also cover Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah on the same contract terms.
Does your IT AMC include spare parts?
No. Our AMC covers labour, preventive maintenance, monitoring and OEM coordination. Parts are billed at cost when needed, or claimed through manufacturer warranty where the hardware still qualifies. Keeping parts out of the annual fee is what makes the fee predictable.
How much does an IT AMC cost in Sharjah?
It depends on how many devices are covered, how many sites, and which plan tier fits. We quote a fixed annual figure after a short inventory of your hardware rather than publishing a headline price that changes once someone counts your devices.
Can an AMC cover a warehouse or factory as well as the office?
Yes, and in Sharjah that is the more common shape. Industrial units need different attention from offices — switches in unconditioned rooms, dust in racks, wireless coverage across a shed, and separation between production equipment and the office network. We scope the industrial side of a site distinctly from the office side.
