The application vendor hands over a specification and expects the platform to be ready. We build to that specification, and raise it early if the sizing does not match how many people will actually use it.

You do not have to buy the server through us to have us install it. Many clients procure through an existing supplier or an open tender and bring us in for the engineering — and we will review the specification while it is still a quote, which is the cheapest moment to find out something is undersized.
Either. We can quote the hardware, or install what you have bought from someone else — the engineering is priced the same way regardless. If we think the specification is wrong for the job we will say so before the work starts rather than after.
Yes. Our engineers are based in Oman and travel to site — Sohar, Duqm, Salalah, Nizwa and the industrial areas around Barka and Rusayl included. Travel is agreed as part of the scope so there is no surprise on the invoice.
Rarely for the whole job. The build and testing happen alongside your live system; only the cutover needs a window, and that is agreed in advance with a rollback plan written before it opens.
No. The handover pack is written so your own team can run what we built. If you would rather we kept an eye on it, that is a separate conversation after go-live — commonly an AMC covering the hardware and the software on it.
