Our UAE registration is in SPC Free Zone, Al Zahia, Sharjah — not Dubai. Dubai sites are served from there, about 25 minutes along the E311, with onsite visits scheduled and an engineer assigned to each one.
Most AMC providers advertising in Dubai promise an engineer at your door within the hour. We will not print a number we cannot hold at four in the afternoon on Sheikh Zayed Road. What we do commit to is a response time for the call, a scheduled visit window, and preventive work that means fewer emergencies to drive to in the first place.
If an hour's onsite response genuinely is your requirement — a trading floor, a clinic, a production line — take a provider with a Dubai workshop. For the other ninety per cent of offices, what actually matters is that the patching happens, the backups are verified, and somebody picks up the phone.

The two categories every contract forgets and every office needs. Consumable planning, battery testing, and runtime checked against what you actually have plugged in.
Microsoft 365 & Security
Licence and user administration, MFA enforcement, sign-in monitoring and mailbox hygiene. Available as an add-on, and the add-on most worth taking.
Backup & Recovery
Backup jobs checked rather than assumed, with a restore actually tested. An untested backup is a belief, not a control.

What we usually find on the first visit
Not a sales list — these are the four findings that come up most often when we inventory a Dubai office that has been on someone else's contract.
Backups running, restores never tested
The job reports success. Nobody has restored a file in two years, and in a third of cases the restore fails when we try it.
Firewall licences lapsed
The hardware is fine, the subscription expired, and filtering has been off for months. Nothing alerts you; the box just stops inspecting.
Microsoft 365 without MFA
Still the most common finding, and still the single cheapest fix available in an hour.
One person holding every password
Usually the person who left. Documentation and handover are part of onboarding for exactly this reason.

Do you have an office in Dubai?
No. Our UAE base is SPC Free Zone, Al Zahia, Sharjah — roughly 25 minutes up the E311. Onsite visits in Dubai are scheduled with an engineer assigned to them. We would rather tell you that now than have you discover it during an incident.
How quickly can someone be onsite?
By arrangement, not by advertisement. We commit to a response time for the call and a scheduled visit window. Providers quoting one-hour onsite across Dubai are quoting the best case as though it were the rule.
How is the AMC priced?
By device count and scope, quoted after an inventory. A site with 40 desktops and two servers is a different contract from 40 desktops and a rack.
Are spare parts included?
No, deliberately. Parts are billed at cost or claimed under manufacturer warranty. A contract that bundles parts either costs more than it should or quietly excludes the expensive failures.
Can you take over from our current provider?
Yes. We begin with an inventory and a condition report, so both sides know what is being taken on — including anything left unpatched or out of warranty.
