Do you replace hardware under the contract?
No. Maintenance, monitoring and response are in the fee; hardware and parts are quoted separately at cost or claimed under warranty. You see the invoice either way.

That is fine. We maintain what you run and coordinate renewals with whoever supplies them — the point is that somebody is tracking the dates.
Is structured cabling included?
Diagnosis is; installation is quoted separately. We will find the bad run and tell you what it needs, then price the work honestly.
Can you monitor without installing anything?
Largely, yes — most devices report by SNMP or their own cloud console. Where deeper visibility helps, we agree it at inventory rather than assuming access.
What is the response time?
Agreed in the contract by severity, with a total-loss fault treated differently from a single degraded access point. The times are written down, not implied.
